I graduated as a Leadership Coach in Georgetown University’s (Washington DC) Institute for Transformational Leadership in 2015 and completed Georgetown’s Executive Group Facilitator Program in 2016.

Previous to that, I was a Senior Policy Officer for the Global Non-profit, WWF. Besides my work influencing government policies at a national and international level, I trained to facilitate Personal Leadership Workshops for all levels of colleagues within WWF, from office workers to the C-Suite, and from many countries. This latter work confirmed for me that our relationships with our fellow humans and our relationship with our Planet depend very much on our inherent beliefs, our choice of lifestyle patterns and importantly, our level of conscious self-awareness.

I write here on Medium to share my perspectives about human behavior with my readers. I've been a dedicated student of human behavior and the understanding of consciousness, mind and body for over twenty years.
